Ordering & Delivery
Do you deliver? Where do you serve?
Yes. Curbside delivery is available within Las Vegas and Pahrump, Nevada for an additional fee.
Can you ship furniture?
Because our furniture is pre-assembled, we do not ship it via parcel or freight at this time. Orders can be picked up locally in Las Vegas or delivered locally within Las Vegas or Pahrump.
What about smaller items or accessories?
Select small goods (e.g., accessories, 3D-printed parts) may be eligible for shipping. If shipping is offered, you’ll see options at checkout. Otherwise, pickup/delivery rules for furniture apply.
Where and how does pickup work?
Pickup is by appointment in Southwest Las Vegas (by appointment). We’ll message you when your order is ready and share pickup windows. Please bring moving blankets and tie-downs; items are pre-assembled and may require a larger vehicle.
Build Times
How long will my order take?
Typical lead times for made-to-order furniture are 2–4 weeks depending on design, materials, and our current queue. In-stock items can often be picked up within 1–3 business days. Current estimate is shown on the homepage badge and updated weekly.
Do you accept rush orders?
Often yes. Rush capacity varies—contact us with your deadline and we’ll confirm feasibility and any expedited fees.
Can I customize dimensions, wood species, or finish?
Absolutely. Most builds can be customized for size, storage, color, and hardware. Send inspiration photos or sketches and we’ll price it out.
Payments
How do payments work?
In-stock items are paid in full at checkout using our secure Stripe checkout (major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay where available). Custom orders follow this policy: For custom furniture, a 50% deposit starts your build; the balance is due at pickup or delivery.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect Nevada sales tax on taxable orders delivered or picked up in Nevada.
What is your cancellation/return policy?
Because pieces are handcrafted and often customized, all furniture sales are final once production begins. If you need to cancel, contact us ASAP—if we haven’t started, we’ll work with you. If anything arrives with a workmanship issue, we’ll make it right.
Do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you discover a workmanship issue in normal use, please reach out and we’ll evaluate repair or replacement options.
Outdoor use and maintenance?
Desert sun is intense. For outdoor finishes, plan on periodic cleaning and re-coating per the product’s guidance (often annual touch-ups) to maximize longevity.
Will you assemble on site?
Most pieces are delivered pre-assembled. If you need on-site assembly or room placement, mention it in your order notes and we’ll quote it.
How do I start a custom project?
Send us a note with dimensions, photos, and any must-have features. We’ll confirm scope, pricing, and a timeline and then send an invoice to place the deposit and reserve your slot.
I’m outside Las Vegas/Pahrump—can I still order?
You can purchase furniture from anywhere, but it must be picked up in Las Vegas or delivered locally within our service area. If you’re arranging your own third-party pickup, let us know in advance so we can coordinate.
How will I be updated on progress?
You’ll receive order confirmation by email, plus milestone updates (materials ordered, in finishing, ready for pickup/delivery). You can always reply to those emails with questions.
What if my space has tight turns, elevators, or stairs?
Please tell us ahead of time. Some pieces may require special handling or may not fit. We can advise clearances or suggest modular design options during planning.
What finishes do you use?
We select finishes based on the piece and use case (interior vs exterior). Popular options include oil-based stains, gel stains, and protective topcoats. We can color-match or sample finishes upon request.
How should I clean and care for my furniture?
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth for routine cleaning; avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives. Use coasters/trivets and wipe spills promptly. We’ll include care notes with your order.
